First, you see energy.
Whether that’s auras, or static energy that changes as your mind shifts into different states, or the more liquid energy that changes color and moves around your environment – you see it, you know it.
Then, you acknowledge, to some degree that when you start peering down into matter – past atoms, electrons, quarks, gluons, neutrinos – things becomes more ‘energy’ than matter. You start to piece together that, in a very real way, everything either IS energy or influenced by it and consciousness is connected to it all.
Finally, you ask a very simple question: can I interact with this energy?
If consciousness can influence experiments at the quantum level, can I purposely direct it to have an effect and program energy at my level of experience?
Yes. You can.
Today I’ll show you a very simple method, that works on two levels.
One, it works on an energy level, where you are engaging your mind to ‘zen up’ the energy of your home and create a higher, calmer, more pristine vibration.
Two, you’ll be stacking that with a psychological change by physically moving items around. This also breaks up the pattern in your home, which can reset your existing patterns and habits and then energy that’s been programmed around them.
One thing I want to throw in as a disclaimer, of sorts.
I mention using salt as an easy way to neutralize energy. Good, bad or indifferent it wipes the slate clean.
I’ve gotten some flack for that, such as how it sounds like ‘hippie propaganda’ – and I had to laugh because – it does sound like that! Honestly, it’s the sort of thing I would roll my eyes at but… I can’t because… I tried it and it works.
I can’t explain it any better, or offer a really compelling logical reason why it works. Luckily, I have nothing invested in proving anything to anyone, one way or another, other than to say try it out, see what it does for you.
One more tip I’d like to reinforce is to not just go through the motions. Turn it into a meditation.
Whenever I clean with the intent to improve the energy in my home, my mind is engaged. I’m always aware of the energy and feeling in the room. I’m staying aware of my body and breathing while entering into a mindful state of non-thought.
Even vacuuming or sweeping becomes an energy movement, like tai chi. I’m moving energy around, not dust.
When I do it this way, I’ll start sweating very quickly. Not because lifting a broom is so hard, but because it activates and circulates your energy. The chi starts rising! I doubt it would be nearly as effective if I wasn’t remaining aware and conscious of my energy and the environment while cleaning.
Try it and let me know how it works for you!
